I often find myself somewhere—in the middle of a meeting over coffee, standing on the subway platform, lying in bed—wondering about some facet of housing (yes, this is sad, but also, honest)...are home prices finally cooling in New York? Is inventory still rising in Florida? How do price drops in Austin compare to other cities in Texas?
We at Home Economics (a small, NYC-based firm that does housing research and builds tools for agents, builders, developers and investors) built DynamicTables to answer exactly those kinds of questions.
But the tool hasn't worked that well on mobile. And, that kind of sucked—because it's quite often when we don't have our computers with us, and merely our iphone-appendages, that we most want to look something up.
So we reworked the tool.
It now works splendidly on iPhone and other mobile devices.
We'd love for you to try it.
And, I am literally groaning as I type this, but hey—we're doing great work and we want the world to know about it—if you repost this and DM me your email address, I'll set you up with 30 days of full, behind-the-paywall access to Home Economics.
Thanks for your support!
