Judges are criminals as well. Makes sense they would enable them, no?

This censorship law is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The real goal is to enable the UK government to track everyone.
It’s important to know that the social media ban for under 16s is not a ban for under 16s. It is a ban on *selected* social media for EVERYONE. Until you identify yourself.

Agreed. To enable someone to underwrite the risk, we need a strong way to understand the risk
🚨 In national team training, who usually scores the most direct free kicks? Is it Ronaldo, Bruno, Vitinha, or Nuno Mendes? Who has the highest success rate? 🇵🇹🗣️Roberto Martinez: "It's not a matter of success rate." We have many players who constantly practice set pieces. Cristiano has been a valuable addition to the team for many years. So have Bruno Fernandes, João Neves, whose goal against Armenia we enjoyed. And João Cancelo and Nuno Mendes. I think the Portuguese player's touch and technical skills enable them all to shoot and practice.

Not to get too into the weeds but the concern is where the trace context gets inherited and where we check the users tracing configuration. Before a request ever goes to the Workers runtime there's our FL2 (essentially the Cloudflare webserver) that actually accepts the http connection for various reasons we want that part that isn't entirely related to Workers to be aware of tracing so we can do cool things in the future. This entails creating a way for FL2 to fetch the user's tracing config (sampling, if they want to enable propogation, etc), passing that context through FL2, passing it to the Workers runtime, and then when the Worker does a fetch we need to pass it back through to FL2 so we can potentially attach the context header. None of this is strictly about just parsing that trace context header, more about threading configuration and ceoss-service communication.

US Army research has explored synthetic telepathy using non-invasive brain imaging to enable communication without spoken words. Allan Frey identified the microwave auditory effect in 1961, where pulsed microwaves induce perceived sounds. Patents from the 2000s describe technology for projecting audible speech directly into the head using radio frequency effects. Investigations into Havana Syndrome have considered possible directed energy mechanisms. #SyntheticTelepathy #MicrowaveAuditoryEffect #HavanaSyndrome #DirectedEnergy #BrainComputerInterface x.com/VLTRASociety/status/20…

India believes that the true test of partnership is not what we build for others, but what we enable others to build for themselves. Our development partnerships reflect the same spirit. Our efforts have focused on capacity building and skill development in partner countries.
