How Our Government is Stealing Justice from Us
The Irish government is orchestrating what can only be described as the greatest robbery ever committed against the people of Ireland, all while we are distracted by their push to impose EU directives without our consent. As communities across the country grapple with these governmental initiatives, the real heist is taking place behind the scenes—the systematic theft of our access to justice.
Access to justice is not merely a legal matter; it is a fundamental right enshrined in our Constitution. The people of Ireland possess the power to initiate private prosecutions, enabling us to hold public servants and politicians accountable for their actions. This capability empowers us to seek justice directly, without having to rely solely on the state.
However, the independence of the judiciary, legislature, and executive branches is increasingly at risk. These branches are consolidating control over access to justice, making it more challenging for the public to hold state employees accountable. When ministers or state employees violate legislation or the Constitution, they commit indictable offenses. It is our responsibility to identify these offenses and present our evidence before a jury of our peers. Unfortunately, the current government is actively working to complicate this process, effectively robbing us of our ability to pursue justice.
As the government fabricates a narrative surrounding a supposed far-right threat, it distracts us from the more pressing issues at hand. This tactic allows them to impose EU directives on immigration, integration, and asylum upon our communities without genuine public input. The government must remember that it is not their prerogative to dictate how Ireland should function; it is our responsibility as the people of Ireland to shape the future of our communities.
By forcing these initiatives upon us, the government undermines our rights and the protections guaranteed by our Constitution. Citizens of Ireland must be empowered to have the first and final say in matters that affect their lives. Instead, the government seems to prioritize its agenda over the voices of the people.
The media plays a pivotal role in this scenario. Many outlets reinforce the government’s narrative, portraying dissent as dangerous or extreme. This makes it increasingly difficult for the people of Ireland to see the reality of what’s happening. When individuals express concerns about government policies, they are often labeled as far-right extremists, stifling legitimate debate and discussion.
This manipulation fosters a false sense of danger and marginalizes moderate and conservative perspectives. By framing dissent as a threat, the government can justify its actions and divert attention from the pressing issues that truly affect the people of Ireland.
The actions of our government represent a profound threat to our access to justice. The erosion of independence among government branches has left us vulnerable. When we are unable to access justice—particularly in initiating criminal proceedings against state employees—we risk losing our power and influence in our own country.
While the term "traitors" may seem extreme, it is fitting in this context. Although these officials may not be engaging in armed conflict against Ireland, they are perpetrating insidious actions that undermine our rights, especially our right to access justice. The government is obliged to uphold the protections guaranteed by our Constitution, not strip them away.
As the people of Ireland, we must demand our rights and remain vigilant against these threats. If you encounter issues with any state employee, reach out to
@PPI1937 . They can assist you in holding these individuals accountable in our courts and help you initiate a private prosecution against any state employee. It’s time to reclaim our right to justice and ensure that those who serve the public are held accountable for their actions.
