Pozwólcie, że rozwinę tę myśl, bo niektórym komentatorom brakuje wiedzy na temat wydarzeń z historii najnowszej. Rząd PO-PSL borykał się z nawrotem kryzysu finansowego w 2013 roku. Powoli z niego wychodził, zachowując dyscyplinę budżetową. Pod koniec swoich rządów w 2015 r. minister cyfryzacji Andrzej Halicki zagrał va bank w sprawie aukcji częstotliwości, którą niektórzy gracze chcieli rozwalić. I zapewnił budżetowi 7 mld zł, które spłynęły w 2016 r. Była to połowa finansowania 500 za pierwszy rok. Pierwsza kadencja PiS 2015-2019 to wspaniała koniunktura na świecie i to pozwalało sfinansować wydatki socjalne. Do tego rządowi PiS udało się zmniejszyć lukę VAT, wprowadzając przetestowane już wcześniej w pilotażach rozwiązania ministra finansów Mateusza Szczurka z rządu PO-PSL. Tego typu przepisy uszczelniajac eystem, ale też nakładające nowe ciężary na przedsiębiorców, można bezboleśnie nakładać właśnie w czasie dobrej koniunktury na świeci. Zrobił to sprawnie minister finansów Paweł Szałamacha z PiS. Nie zmienia to faktu, że PiS nie zrealizował wszystkich swoich obietnic, bo rozwaliłby budżet. Bardzo odsunął w czasie większą kwotę od podatku, nie obniżył VAT, nie wprowadził darmowych leków dla seniorów 75 (tylko niewielka liczbę) itd. Poza tym wbrew obietnicom Mateusza Morawieckiego inwestycje nie wzrosły, a spadły. Jechaliśmy głównie na jednym silniku - na konsumpcji. Nie pozostało to bez wpływu na gospodarkę. Ten stan pogorszył także fakt, że rząd zablokował pieniądze unijne z KPO. Na plus Morawieckiemu i jego ludziom trzeba zapisać program PPK - Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe. Mało się o tym pisze, ale to naprawdę sukces także Bartosza Marczuka i Pawła Borysa. Rzeczywistość wymyka się więc łatwym partyjnym przekazom propagandowym.
