Private engineering colleges in India are so bad that TCS/Infosys/Wipro literally have to run their own training programs to make graduates employable. And then we get mad when they pay ₹3.5 LPA? They're doing the job that your ₹10-15L college fee was supposed to do. They are not underpaying engineers. They are giving out a second degree for free. The real scam is the college, not the offer letter.
