I used to think โdonโt forsake assemblingโ meant a building ๐๏ธ, a time slot โฐ, a weekly check-in โ
But something wild happenedโฆ ๐๐ฅ
This communityโฆ Pulse (formerly Friendship Forge) ๐ฅ
built by Grace @grit&grace ๐
has become that assembling for me ๐คฏ
Not local ๐
Not predictable ๐ฒ
Not boxed in ๐ฆ
Global ๐ | Raw ๐ฅ | Alive โก
And the crazy part? ๐
When you actually read Paul ๐โฆ this kind of thing starts to make a LOT of sense ๐ก
๐ โEncourage one another DAILYโฆโ (Hebrews 3:13)
Not once a week โ
Every. Single. Day. ๐ฌ๐ฅ
๐ โGreet the church that meets in their house.โ (Romans 16:5)
No mega buildingsโฆ just people connecting ๐ โก๏ธโค๏ธ
๐ โAfter this letter is readโฆ pass it onโฆโ (Colossians 4:16)
Paul was basically running a first-century group chat ๐โก๏ธ๐โก๏ธ๐
We just upgraded the speed โก๐ฑ
๐ โYou are the bodyโฆ and each part matters.โ (1 Corinthians 12:27 / Ephesians 4:16)
No spectators ๐ซ๐
Everybody brings something ๐ค๐ฅ
๐ โThere is neither Jew nor Greekโฆโ (Galatians 3:28)
Different people ๐ฅ
Different personalities ๐๐คช๐ง ๐ฅ
One body โ๏ธ
๐ โGod does not live in temples made by human hands.โ (Acts 17:24)
So maybe church was never meant to be confined ๐คฏ๐๏ธโ
No walls ๐ซ๐งฑ
No stage ๐ซ๐ค
No dress code ๐ซ๐
Just people showing up ๐ค
sharpening each other โ๏ธ
building something real ๐งฑ๐ฅ
Itโs like church slipped the leashโฆ and went global ๐๐ฅ
Not a box you check โ
but a fire you step into ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Not saying buildings are wrong ๐
Just sayingโฆ this is real too
And honestly? ๐
This feels a whole lot like what they were doing back then ๐๐ฅ
Maybe โdonโt forsake assemblingโ was never about WHERE ๐
but whether weโre actually showing up for each other ๐คโค๏ธ
And somehowโฆ through screens ๐ฑ
miles ๐
and completely different livesโฆ
this feels like that ๐๐ฅ
