The workshop titled " 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚 -𝑰𝒏 𝑭𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔- “𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒔” was held at 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 , 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐮 @fmciofficial on 30th march 2024 . The workshop was was conducted in association with Karnataka chapter - Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists @kciapm The workshop focused on Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs), a novel concept in medical education. This was planned particularly for pathologists. However, faculty from other specialities also attended. It was designed to enhance the understanding and application of EPAs in Competency-Based Postgraduate Medical Education. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐎𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞, who first devised the concept concept of EPAs, graced the event , online with his insights, providing all of us an opportunity to learn from the stalwart himself. The workshop was structured to offer hands-on experience with creating and validating EPAs, incorporating interactive sessions led by distinguished faculty members, including Dr. Reshma G. Kini, @tumashankar @ChristinaGoveas Dr. Sunita Y. Patil,Dr. Nisha J. Marla, and others from various esteemed institutions. I had the privilege of being a faculty member for the session '𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐏𝐀 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭"'.
