You're right, I misread that line. The Lit Admin assets are administered cash, not pending recoveries. Future proceeds would land there separately. Thanks for the correction.

The $223M is net cash that can be used for operations of the estate or distribute to creditors. If litigations generate proceeds than it is reflected in the litigation admin assets.

I have serious doubts about EquitiesFirst recovery and they will be doing multiple payments so it isnt one $500M transfer.

#CelsiusNetwork 5th distribution should be around 10% of the total claim. It will be paid in $USDC or $USDT Hopefully soon, so we can buy more $BTC

That calculation is misleading because it’s based on USD values at the petition date, not the actual BTC lost. If you calculate it in BTC, creditors are nowhere near 100% recovery. Most people deposited BTC/ETH, not dollars and are still short on the original coin amounts

We are at 3.45B 100M 500M = 4.05B out of 4.96B , add the stock at 2B plus maybe another 200M of misc recoveries, especially clawbacks.. We are looking at 7.36B or 148%

He was irresponsible with parlaying the risks to depositors yes, but CEL token was no more manipulated than any company that buys back its stock or has a purported 'flywheel'. He published how CEL was being pumped, so framing that as manipulation is just wall street propaganda.

He didnt get the sentence because of Cel but because of his statements & misrepresentations about the company and risk, you can read the emails about his officers warning that his statements are very serious about the yield and loans collateral etc..

this is great news. We need to get an update on how much has been recovered so far from clawbacks. We are going to get close to 100% recovery if we continue advancing forward like this. If lawyer fees were reasonable, we could already be there by now.

For a man (@Mashinsky) that stole $4 billion, the @CelsiusNetwork estate has paid back $5 billion, plus $500 million in lawyer fees. $500 million from EquitiesFirst settlements, $300 million from Tether settlement, $170 million from Prime Trust settlement, $500 million in lawyer fees, offset by a $1.2 billion hole. Talk about theft. That’s a total claims recovery of $1.47 billion. Plus hundreds of millions left in other claims yet to be realized. Not to mention the $2 billion FTX claim that the lawyers misfiled, in my opinion, on purpose. Creditors received $4.5 billion in total distributions and are set to receive now over 110% recovery with this new $500 million settlement. Total customer claims were $4.5 billion. Unlike humans, the math doesn’t lie.

100% but be advice the announcement explicitly mentions payments, because this is written by lawyers every word is meant to be there.. if these are like big payments of 100M a quarter that's great, if its smaller installments it would pronlong distributions.. @Stotlewow13
