Brokers Dealers/Market Makers are the Leatherman multi-tools of Market Manipulation. Is it an open secret that they are permitted to deploy multiple illegal tools to continually squeeze Retail Investors who represent the heart and soul of the hard working American middle-class. The U.S. Securities Market is the Wild West where meaningful Investors Protections are virtually non-existent and Regulation is mostly theater. Trade settlement is NEVER enforced and the market has been flooded with trillions of dollars in illicit counterfeit shares. Fines are just accepted as the cost of doing business for big Financial Institutions who are allowed to operate with near impunity. Will the new SEC Chairman, Paul Atkins, toe the Wall Street line "or" be a true Agent for real reform? Will he step-up enforcement and finally institute the long overdue changes desperately needed to restore faith and fairness into the U.S. markets? I can assure you, without any real consequences, nothing is going to change. We must begin in earnest with revoking the Market Maker exemption, reinstating the Uptick Rule, and diligently ensuring trades are actually settled without exception. Immediate and aggressive prosecutions for anyone suspected of violating those rules & regulations. No preferential treatment, no second chances, no options to buy your way out of jail. Anything short of this is just half-hearted lip service. Also, a 1 year Short-Sale BAN wouldn't be a bad idea to expedite a market reset and show the world that America is committed to instituting the necessary measures to restore a level playing field. Is $NIGHT token mining using Nocturne Miner by @shishirpai the best API option? I am running it on 3 MBP M4's and it has been flawless so far. I am achieving much better hash rate than when I was using my Nu Fi wallet.
