They are not just a good thing to try...they are at the core... 2.⁠ ⁠We need a people - driven approach...this is why design of regional initiatives must be integrated in character - infrastructure & trade; industry & mobility; human capital &... 3.⁠ ⁠Financing at scale is critical.
