I wonder if this Evercade version just have a modified Banjo-Kazooie rom inside it. if it does, it could be ripped and played on a real N64 via a Everdrive 64 with all those nice new features. I hope this is the case.

The FDS key is a great little bit of kit. It's essentialy an everdrive for the Famicom. You don't need to use the unreliable disk drive with this. I have mine hooked up to my black Sharp Twin Famicom.

Yes and no. It’s basically a console made to play on modern TVs in a nutshell. You can use original cartridges or you can buy an everdrive which you can download games on an sd card and play them that way.
