The @RANZCP’s response to me being yanked to the ground and dragged down stairs for silently holding a sign asking why they kicked out Dr Amos: The RANZCP supports members to express differing views but the violence was justified because words can harm vulnerable groups including transgender and gender diverse people.

we have been able replicate low carb with therapeutic carbohydrate restriction in woundcare clinical senarios. Health professionals talk about woundhealing & glucotoxicity which out even giving an iota of lifestyle improvement advise that is needed to improve insulin toxicity.
while RCT's are necessary tool , Its high time that apart form Evidence based validation a clinical practise base validity be given due respect.
Afterall real medicine is what we practise and all of it happens at personal level.
Yes we are hoping to write up clinical case series of 30 patients we have been able to help but the real validity in nutrition and woundcare is the most complex issue.
