ماذا حدث في الكونغو؟ عندما تحارب الدولة فساد كرة القدم في واحدة من أخطر قضايا الفساد في كرة القدم الإفريقية في السنوات الأخيرة، أصدرت السلطات في جمهورية الكونغو أحكامًا قضائية ومذكرات توقيف دولية عبر الإنتربول ضد رئيس اتحاد الكرة الكونغولي Jean-Guy Blaise Mayolas بعد إدانته باختلاس أموال مقدمة من الفيفا. القضية تعود إلى أموال دعم كوفيد التي قدمها الفيفا للاتحادات الوطنية من أجل دعم تطوير كرة القدم، ومن ضمنها دعم كرة القدم النسائية. لكن بدلاً من أن تذهب هذه الأموال لتطوير اللعبة، تم اختلاس جزء كبير منها، لتتحول القضية إلى تحقيق جنائي وليس مجرد مخالفة رياضية. كيف تدخلت الدولة؟ ما يميز هذه القضية أن الدولة في الكونغو لم تعتبر الموضوع شأناً رياضياً داخلياً، بل اعتبرته **قضية فساد مالي وأموال عامة**. تم فتح تحقيق جنائي، وتدخلت النيابة والقضاء، وتمت محاكمة المتهمين، وحتى بعد هروبهم خارج البلاد، استمرت المحكمة وأصدرت أحكاماً غيابية، ثم تم إصدار مذكرات توقيف دولية عبر الإنتربول لملاحقتهم. ورغم أن تدخل الحكومة في شؤون اتحاد الكرة قد يسبب أحياناً مشاكل مع الفيفا، إلا أن الدولة أصرت على أن **محاربة الفساد واسترداد المال العام أهم من أي عقوبات رياضية**. الدرس المهم من قضية الكونغو القضية تعطي درساً مهماً جداً في إفريقيا: عندما يتحول فساد كرة القدم من “مشكلة رياضية” إلى “جريمة جنائية”، تتغير المعادلة تماماً. لأن: * لجان الانضباط الرياضية تعاقب إدارياً * لكن القضاء الجنائي يحاكم ويسجن ويصدر مذكرات توقيف دولية وهذا ما حدث بالضبط في الكونغو. الخلاصة حتى الدول التي كانت تُعرف بوجود الفساد فيها، بدأت اليوم تحارب الفساد في الرياضة بالقانون والقضاء، وليس فقط عبر لجان الاتحاد. وهذا يؤكد أن **الفساد في كرة القدم ليس فوق القانون، وأن العدالة يمكن أن تصل لأي شخص مهما كان منصبه**. هاشتاقات: #الفساد_الرياضي #كرة_القدم #افريقيا #FIFA #محاربة_الفساد #العدالة #AfricanFootball #FootballCorruption #FIFAForward #SportsGovernance
