Won feature Friday by FNCHQ: "Outstanding submission"
Fun, balanced, unique and damn good looking.

$FNCHQ stalking horse deadline and entire sale process is being delayed once again. Unclear to me if this is because of no interest from prospective buyers for a stalking horse role, or if the OpenBiome hearing is necessitating it. But more time for the judge to issue a decision!
The more I look into $FNCH/ $FNCHQ, the more I like the current set-up. Sale timeline is very clear and short (two months), can be extended/terminated at any time (e.g. in case the post-trial motions verdict finally comes out), 100 possible buyers.
Made my bed in $FNCHQ and now must sleep in it while I wait for auction process to play out! Stock essentially delisted today. I expected this so no big deal... just doesn't give me a way to trade around the stock. Process should be complete hopefully in June with answers!
I’m long $FNCHQ again the last 2 days at $7.28 avg. stock is in lawsuit/restructuring/winddown mode. Bankruptcy filing hit the stock recently and provided good entry. I was last in this stock 2 years ago at $2 and missed the home run. Some good commentary on $FNCHQ can be found under @Steven_Kiel who incidentally has some quality $LQDA commentary.

$FNCH / $FNCHQ has net operating losses (NOLs) that could be monetized during a sale, even is there is change of control. In this case, the annual NOL cap would amount to 3.58% of the final selling price. This alone is still potentially worth $2-3M or ~$1.5 per share.
In a sale, I would see $FNCH / $FNCHQ pushing for some CVRs in case the patent portfolio leads additional upside. I am just trying to frame the downside scenario here given so many unknowns. Not financial advice but definitely open to other thoughts or why I am wrong here.
$FNCH / $FNCHQ decided to do a quick thread to triangulate the valuation / sale.
The asset:
• $25M jury verdict
• Interest (pre post)
• Ongoing royalty

$FNCH / $FNCHQ I think its a strategic move to cap the lease obligation. Timing indicates some sort of resolution soon. They can't be forced to a bad sale. Lowball bids can be rejected. Risk isn’t forced sale, it’s management choosing a bad deal for speed/certainty.
Denni, I can strongly vouch for FNCHQ Feature Friday. Always great place for feedback on your creative islands. Sometimes an creative island is so amazingly made and easy to understand that there’s no need for feedback and worth a feature 😁
Who knew he was going to blame FNC for his decision to do what he was told? FNCHQ made its bed & now fires the servant who executed orders. The beginning of wisdom?
