so it appears the cosmo shirts from teespring are actually being produced and shipped to the customers. you can choose to keep it or return it for a refund when you get it. just contact fanhelp@spri.ng with your order number. (they told me these wouldn't be produced but here we are)

COSMO COUGAR T-SHIRT UPDATE: (this is a long read so i apologize) bad news and good news. i'll start with the bad. BAD NEWS: when i first submitted the shirt design to teespring it was immediately taken down bc i had the parental advisory logo on it. i wasn't aware it was a logo. then i asked them if i removed the logo will it be ok. they said yes. i resubmit the listing and after 12 hours they removed it again. this time because of the "y" on the chain. again, i should have know this but i was naive and excited to get the shirt out to the masses. teespring has now informed me i need to remove the "y" from the chain which completely destroys the picture. i'm not going to do that. so at this time they will be reaching out to anyone who did place an order and refunding them (including myself). you can also reach out to them yourself if you want and start the refund process sooner. email them at fanhelp@spri.ng with your order number. again, i apologize for this. i feel horrible that people put orders in, using their hard earned money and will have to wait for a refund. and it's my fault for not researching this better before hand. hopefully you all can forgive me. now for the good news. GOOD NEWS: in light of this news i've reached out to byu licensing directly and they have approved me to use the image as long as i make a small tweak to the chain, adding the full logo instead of just the "y". which i think is even better. but i'm not any good with photoshop so will need help on that, hence my photoshop tweet. also, he's going to speak with Royal Army Brand directly to see if they would be interested in producing the shirt. which is AWESOME NEWS, especially if they are interested. they are well known among the byu community and will do WAY better than me. this isn't a guarantee, but the branding guy i talked to seems optimistic. anyways, i'm so sorry once again i didn't do all of this beforehand. i'm just an old naive guy on twitter. but hopefully everyone who purchased on teespring gets refunded quickly and myself or Royal Army Brand can get this shirt out to the masses. feel free to dm me if you have any questions about any of this. love you all and appreciate your understanding! ❤️ tl;dr - teespring orders will be refunded but got approval from byu to produce elsewhere. stay tuned.
