Forgot to update this post when I did my transaction with SushiSwap
FastProtocol has updated the challenge to a minimum of 10 dollars worth of ETH ( ERC 20 ) or any other ERC 20 assets.
This is because they want to keep the process simple and clean.
Transact once per day on SushiSwap or Curve and submit your txn hash on discord.

[ FAST SBT Mint Fail ]
⚠️ If you've already turned off Smart Accounts and switched RPC to Fast RPC, but still get "nonce too low / RPC test failed / Claiming failed" when minting FAST SBT, it's usually a nonce mismatch issue.
✅ Fix: switch back to the default Ethereum RPC, send 1 successful tx (even 0 ETH to yourself), then switch back to Fast RPC and mint again.
