Quick follow up blog post from the AI Summit on solving the Google Review problem from yesterday with e-mail notifications and responses. featureboard.ai/blog/disrupt… The idea is simple: when you get a review, you get an e-mail containing a few drafts for you to choose from. They contain your brand and voice updates from a model agnostic dashboard that keeps your data outside of Claude. Never-say words, those kind of questions from the keynote yesterday. Not satisfied with the drafts? Reply to the e-mail like a conversation and get a new set. Once you're happy hit the button and 15 minutes later the post will go off. Just in case you realize you missed a word you have a little time to edit, review, stop, or pause your response. Prompted by a technical discussion on how to build a pipeline for digital marketing. The problem is - how do we automatically identify that videos meet our standards? -Product held up in the first 3 seconds clearly -Clear background -Contrast and other settings proper -Good energy in the video Several of these are programmatic, Laplacian Variance and luminance channel isolation -of course-, but then how to do the rest of it? We'll need a vision system like YOLO with custom classification and then decision making afterwards to integrate with the trained model to decide if these conditions were met. That's where the bespoke power of FeatureBoard is so useful. I crafted a custom pipeline and based on customer feedback ported the manual portion of labeling over to an AI first validation pass on the images. By routing through Gemini's batch system we get non-realtime inference at a discount and can shove the many images we have through the system. Then we simply select from a large set of images any outliers, tweak the settings and model, and we're able to build a solution that improves on itself as we collect more and more data to weight the YOLO system. Async processing up to our token rates can return the entire set as fast as Google allows it. Then we simply pass the requirements into FeatureBoard for the rest of the validation once we have the proper weights to run the model and we're good to go. I'm officially out of the PC gaming scene until anyone has a way to resolve this kind of thing. I was once top of the Black Ops 2 leaderboard and now I'm hanging up the mouse and pad. It barely took me 20 minutes in FeatureBoard to set this up and 3 minutes and 15 seconds of labeling training data (see my previous posts about the dataset labeling project) for differentiated game specific aiming. The thing that makes this different from a traditional aimbot is that it's using YOLO image recognition on a second computer in real time, providing a firing solution in about 4-8 milliseconds. The world's best humans would love to be closer to 200ms than 300ms to react to anything on screen much less make a clear differentiated decision. Either through a webcam (ai will do the math for you to translate the coordinates) or video capture card then into a fake mouse driver. You could even run your own mouse into a device, add the aim inputs, and otherwise pass through rather than rely on anything else.
