Energy: It sounds simple, but going for a walk can really get the juices going again. Engage with nature and appreciate the present moment. It sounds trivial, but some things sound so trivial that people forget to do them, they are powerful!

Today's #FellsWritingTip: Train yourself to stick to your writing and other habits by having a reward. Try saving a favorite snack to only have when you write, or transfer a dollar every time you write per month to a separate account and watch the money grow!

I love this idea for writing historical fiction. One of the biggest annoyances I've found is stop/start-style writing to look something up every few sentences. really makes it hard to get into the flow.
