さっき試してたDerfのやつ(一番下の青)実装ミスっててQKNormとFinalLayerのは普通にRMSNorm使ってたから、全部Derf使うようにしたら(ハイライトされた緑)ロス下がるの遅くなった🤔

After building video creation products for 10 years and powering over 500M videos, we decided not to build for video when we started FinalLayer precisely because of this reason. This is the best explanation I've seen about this topic. I've seen and used 10s of video products. Editing videos with chat is not going to be panacea whatsoever. The entire NLE has to be reimagined and until such an editor catches up with the current state of the art in capabilities, there won't be any adoption. We're super passionate about video, we're one of the very few teams in the world that really understand video in depth, and high end video editing is a real gap - but we can't afford the time that will take before we see results and so, we didn't choose to go down that path. Anyone building for that market has to also take a shot at 3-4 years out in vision, guess where genai will intersect, and more or less get the editing experience right. It's a very, very hard problem. But whoever can make the current NLE obsolete has a great opportunity to be the next Adobe!
