I need urgent assistance. I want to download my statement of account via my mobile app but got a pop up message that my email address is not registered on FirstMobile. Please what do? I urgently need 2 weeks bank statement to submit to my office asap.

@FirstBankngr It’s been over a day since I was debited while trying to get a virtual card on the FirstMobile app. I received a message saying I already have a card, but I only have a physical Mastercard I was charged, but no card was issued. Kindly process a refund of my money oo

@FirstBankngr I tried to request a Visa virtual card on the FirstMobile app. My account was debited, The app is indicating that I already have a card, whereas I only have a physical card and no virtual card was issued.

• @FirstBankngr Mobile app messed up my @Bybit_Official P2P buy order 😭
I sent payment, but the FirstMobile app failed to generate the payment receipt on time before the buy order was cancelled.
I tried to contact the vendor, but I've not gotten any response.
I've filed a dispute.
I hope I'm able to get my N35.5k back.
