@flyspicejet - Why you ask for re web-checkin for a medical person if they req fr wheelchair. If they do so then why u hv option of paid seat only. It's unethical and when I request for policy docs, ur executive declined the req n allot paid seat. Pls suggest.

A little more than a month ago, I was supposed to fly with @flyspicejet . I paid for my seat too and then the flight got cancelled. @flyspicejet took their own sweet time to refund the ticket amount but I never received my seat charges. Who will refund that? @DGCAIndia
