SHARMAINE VS. #PilipinasToday #Orange #Sharmaine #Hesperiduim

Folic acid is not folate and pregnant women are massively overexposed compared to their needs. hartgroup.org/what-you-need-… Please sign the petition below.

Smoothies and puréed soups reduce the mast cell activation in the gut that happens during digestion—as long as you tolerate the ingredients. Wondering if that could be a way to get more folate and iron.

8. Give your brain the nutrients it asks for. Calm is not only a thought. It is biology. FlowVeda includes KSM-66 Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Bacopa Monnieri, Lion's Mane Mushroom, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT), Vitamin B6, and Folate.

4/ Folic acid (vitamin B9) Folic acid must convert to folate, its active form. 30–40% of people have a gene variant called MTHFR that blocks the conversion. This acid can build up, raising cancer risk & weakening immunity. Choose natural folate from dark leafy greens instead.

Leafy Greens are packed with folate, which your brain cells need to work well and which may help protect against depression. Food manufacturers in the U.S. add this vitamin, also known as B9, to enriched grains like pasta and rice. You can also get it from lentils, lima beans, and asparagus. wb.md/4ebRMkV

This is a chemical folate to be added unnecessarily and its got serious side effects for millions of people. Doesn't bother @CMO_England 30 pieces of silver Whitty though.

Yes, adding folic acid (which is different to the folate we get from food) is by no means a risk-free intervention

Benefits of spinach Spinach is one of the most nutrient-dense leafy vegetables and offers many health benefits: Rich in iron – supports red blood cell production and helps prevent anemia. High in vitamins – especially Vitamin A, C, K, and folate, which support immunity, vision, and overall growth. Boosts immunity – helps the body fight infections and stay strong. Good for eye health – contains lutein and zeaxanthin, which protect eyesight. Supports heart health – helps regulate blood pressure and improve circulation. Improves digestion – high fiber content supports a healthy digestive system. Bone strength – Vitamin K and calcium help maintain strong bones. Weight-friendly – low in calories but very filling and nutritious. Varieties of spinach Baby spinach – young, tender leaves with a mild taste; often eaten raw in salads or smoothies. Savoy spinach – has crinkled, curly leaves; best for cooking due to its texture. Flat-leaf spinach – smooth leaves, easy to wash and cook; commonly used in everyday meals. Just but few.
