THREAD AXIS 9: AGRICULTURE, FOOD AUTONOMY & RURALITY Pillar of national sovereignty. 🟧🧡🍊 5/ Production, Loss Reduction & Irrigation We tackle post-harvest losses (storage, drying, packaging) and increase yields with irrigation (solar pumps, small dams), improved seeds, and tailored agronomic practices. Short supply chains and local processing minimize waste between farm and table. Five agro-ecological zones guide localized technical support. Result: more volume, higher quality, and lower unit costs. 6/ Smart Mechanization (no white elephants) Instead of piling up idle machines, we deploy mechanization service centers offering plowing, sowing, harvesting, and post-harvest services. These centers include trained operators, maintenance, and spare parts. Equipment is accessible via cooperative-managed rentals. Subsidies and credit are tied to usage and performance. Goal: ×5 productivity increase and secured cropping calendars across major staples. 7/ Value Chains & Local Processing We establish regional agro-industrial hubs for rice, maize, cassava, millet, oils, dairy, and meat. Processing happens close to production basins, doubling local value capture and reducing imports. Public procurement guarantees demand (80% local sourcing for canteens, hospitals, army). These hubs become anchors for rural economies, stabilizing farmer incomes and consumer prices. 8/ Storage, Price Stabilization & Logistics Strategic food reserves (regional/national) absorb seasonal shocks and stabilize prices. Rural roads are rehabilitated, and modern wholesale markets with logistics hubs (weighing, quality control, one-stop services) are deployed. Digital platforms deliver real-time market prices and reduce speculation. Result: food security that is predictable — and bankable. 🟧🧡🟠 @Pcrn_Officiel @CabralLibii @wandafu7 @Nouchka__9 @nyobelipot #CoalitionOrange #Cabral2025 #FoodAutonomy #RuralRevolution #LandTitles #AgriCredit

Cameroon should never import its own plate again! 🍚🐟 By 2030, rice, maize, oil, and fish will be produced here at home. Saving 540B FCFA/year changes a nation. 💪🏾 #FoodAutonomy #Cabral2025

THREAD AXIS 9: AGRICULTURE, FOOD AUTONOMY & RURALITY Pillar of national sovereignty. 🟧🧡🍊 1/ Vision & Guiding Principle We embrace a strategic shift: to feed the nation with its own resources, to reindustrialize through agriculture, and to transform rural areas into territories of opportunity. Cameroon has nearly 7.2M ha of arable land, with only 1.8M ha currently cultivated, and a food import bill exceeding 700B FCFA/year (2007–2017), feeding into a trade deficit of about 2,000B FCFA in 2023. The solution is food autonomy and nutritional sovereignty not slogans but imperatives for the economy and society. The ambition is to build an agricultural and agro-industrial powerhouse that creates jobs, stabilizes prices, improves health and resilience, and strengthens sovereignty. 2/ Potential to Mobilize (the numbers that commit us) The country can immediately bring millions of hectares into production and create millions of jobs if land rights are secured, practices modernized, and market access guaranteed. The ambition: join the Top 3 African agricultural producers, attract talent (including the diaspora), and turn agriculture into a sector of excellence. A five-year roadmap will deploy resources by production basin, with public tools (credit windows, agro hubs) and performance contracts. The goal: turn vast potential into added value at home sustainable, exportable, and wealth-generating. 3/ Shock of Self-Sufficiency (imports → local production) Rice, wheat, fish, milk, edible oils: import dependence undermines sovereignty. We replace imports with local production by securing access to inputs, irrigation, markets, and processing capacity. Public procurement (school canteens, hospitals, the army) will shift to locally sourced food to spark demand. This means drastically reduced imports, resilience to global shocks, and an improved trade balance. 4/ Immediate Measures (Year 1, high-leverage action) • Land reform: free land titles for smallholders. • Agricultural credit at 3%: FCFA 500B mobilized. • Mechanization: 50,000 tractors and equipment through local service centers. • 1,000 cooperatives created and equipped with professional governance. • Certified seeds distributed to 500,000 farmers. Year 1 is the ignition stage: securing land, access to finance, machinery, seeds, and guaranteed markets to kickstart the agricultural revolution. 🟧🧡🟠 @Pcrn_Officiel @CabralLibii @Nouchka__9 @wandafu7 @eowonapatrick @nyobelipot #CoalitionOrange #Cabral2025 #FoodAutonomy #RuralRevolution #AgriCredit #LandTitles

THREAD AXIS 9: AGRICULTURE,FOOD AUTONOMY & RURALITY pillar of national sovereignty. 🟧🧡🍊 17/ Social Status & Safety Nets A new farmer status ensures social security, pensions, and labor rights. Safety nets include seasonal cash transfers, micro health insurance, and a calamity fund for climate and market shocks. Index-based crop insurance encourages banks to lend and farmers to invest. Farming shifts from a high-risk subsistence activity to a bankable profession. 18/ Financing & Levers A dedicated 100B FCFA annual rural development and food sovereignty package supports reforms. Tools include guarantee funds, low-interest credit, agri-infrastructure bonds, green funds (solar irrigation, cold chains), and tightly regulated PPPs. Public money serves as a catalyst to attract private and diaspora investment into agro-industrialization and logistics. 19/ Public Indicators (countdown to 2030) Annual public reporting on: hectares cultivated, crop yields, mechanization rates, post-harvest loss reductions, share of local food in public procurement (target: 80%), food reserves, jobs created, import reduction by product, and balance of trade impacts. Data published online, displayed in municipalities, and presented in Parliament. Transparency becomes a performance tool. 20/ Roadmap 2025 → 2030 • 0–12 months: free land titles (wave 1), agri-credit windows open, first agro hubs launched, regional reserves stocked, pilot mechanization centers active. • 12–36 months: staple crop self-sufficiency rising, systematic local processing, wholesale markets modernized, youth & women integration scaled. • 36–60 months: import substitution achieved on strategic staples, export surpluses generated, price stabilization in effect, positive agricultural balance of trade. 🟧🧡🍊 @Pcrn_Officiel @CabralLibii @wandafu7 @Nouchka__9 @nyobelipot @eowonapatrick #CoalitionOrange #Cabral2025 #FoodAutonomy #RuralRevolution #LandTitles #AgriCredit #AgroHubs #StrategicReserves #Research4Impact #PositiveTradeBalance

THREAD AXIS 9: AGRICULTURE,FOOD AUTONOMY & RURALITE pillar of national sovereignty. 🟧🧡🍊 13/ Ecological Agriculture & Climate Resilience (link to Axis 8) We promote ecological farming: soil conservation, watershed protection, reforestation, and adaptive practices. A “right of ecological use” empowers communities to benefit from forests, rivers, and coasts while legally obliged to maintain them. Example: small-scale firewood use tied to mandatory replanting. Farmers gain stability, resilience, and environmental stewardship becomes a shared civic duty. 14/ Rural Urbanism & Essential Services Rural development integrates modern, connected infrastructures: roads, power, water, internet. Settlements are designed to protect farmland, group services (schools, clinics, markets), and reduce transaction costs. This stops uncontrolled sprawl, preserves fertile soils, and provides rural residents with urban-quality services close to home. 15/ Research, Innovation & Data (lab to farm) Institutions like IRAD (seeds, agronomy) and SODEPA (animal genetics, livestock) are strengthened to connect science to the field: improved local seed varieties, animal breeds, disease control, and food safety norms. Cameroon invests up to 1% of GDP in research, focusing on agriculture as a priority. Climate data, soil maps, and market intelligence are public goods for farmers. 16/ Governance (clear roles & accountability) • State: norms, strategy, financing, and public procurement. • Regional Communities (RCAs): basin-level planning (irrigation, mechanization, agro hubs). • Municipalities: local execution (markets, feeder roads, storage, cooperatives). • Private/Coops: production, processing, and contracts. Each level has clear responsibilities tied to performance contracts and public audits. This governance is decentralized yet accountable. 🟧🧡🟠 @Pcrn_Officiel @CabralLibii @wandafu7 @Nouchka__9 @nyobelipot @eowonapatrick #CoalitionOrange #Cabral2025 #FoodAutonomy #RuralRevoluution #AgriCredit

THREAD AXIS 9: AGRICULTURE, FOOD AUTONOMY & RURALITY Pillar of national sovereignty. 🟧🧡🍊 9/ Livestock, Fisheries & Aquaculture Integrated revival: veterinary health, adapted breeds, locally produced animal feed, modern abattoirs with cold chains. For fisheries: professionalization of maritime and river fishing with training, equipment, cold storage, and processing units. Ports modernized, illegal fishing curbed, and national priority secured across 400 km of coastline and major rivers. Aquaculture (ponds, cages, hatcheries) ensures steady protein supply. 10/ Youth & Women (mass inclusion, not tokenism) Reserved quotas for land and financing access, agri-business incubators, simplified tax regimes for rural enterprises, and micro-grants. Cooperatives must have inclusive governance with seats for women and youth. Rural entrepreneurship is supported with training, mentoring, and career paths. Agriculture becomes an attractive, dignified profession with real prospects for youth and women. 11/ Livable Rurality (before → after) Baseline: 57% rural poverty (ECAM 5), mass exodus, crumbling infrastructure. Target: territories where it is desirable to live, work, and thrive. Rural communities equipped with roads, electricity, potable water, ICT, and modern schools. Healthcare and social protection become universal. The countryside is no longer left behind but becomes a driver of dignity, innovation, and development. 12/ Secure Land Tenure (trust & investment) Free land titles for smallholders end precarious tenure, unlock credit, and secure inheritance. Land reform integrates customary rights, combats land grabs, and creates fast-track conflict resolution (commissions, specialized courts). A digital rural cadastre ensures transparency. Secure land tenure transforms farmers into confident investors and stabilizes communities. 🟧🧡🟠 @Pcrn_Officiel @CabralLibii @wandafu7 @Nouchka__9 @nyobelipot @eowonapatrick #CoalitionOrange #Cabral2025 #FoodAutonomy #RuralRevolution #AgriCredit #Research4Impact

🚜 Africa can feed the world — but its farmers are blocked. Here’s the hard truth. And how @FAMEriseUP is fixing it 👨🏾‍🌾👨🏽‍🌾👨🏻‍🌾 AFRICA has: 🌍 60% of the world’s unused arable land 👩🏾‍🌾 The largest farming population on Earth 🌱 Ideal climates massive crop diversity But most farmers still live in poverty. Perseverance BEATS Talent. Kobe Bryant missed 14,481 shots in his career. Let that sink in. Yet he’s remembered as one of the greatest to ever touch a basketball—not because he was flawless, but because he kept showing up. Every miss was fuel. Every setback was a setup for the next move. At @FAMEriseUP, we've been grinding since 2021. No shortcuts. No magic wand. Just relentless belief and late nights turning vision into reality. We've faced numerous rejections. Pitched investors who didn’t get it. Built, rebuilt, and built again. We’ve seen what happens when you stay in the game long enough—the momentum starts to shift. Tenacity isn’t just a buzzword. It’s waking up with a mission, even when the odds don’t smile back. It’s launching a product in a tough bear market because people deserve better food systems. It’s chasing food autonomy, transparency, and empowerment—even when it’s hard. To anyone building something real: Keep missing shots. Keep getting up. Success isn’t built on perfection—it’s built on persistence. #FAME #FoodAutonomy #StartupLife #Perseverance #KobeMindset #PurposeDriven #TenacityWins
