Walking for the win! For years I had my clients do cardio for fat loss. Now i’m kicking myself. This is why!👆 I usually get a bunch of questions about walking pads, so here’’s the top 4 questions I get: First of all, I am not sponsored by, or have by connection with any walking pad companies. I just use this formula 👇 REFERENCE: 🚶‍♂️Men: 1 mile = approximately 2100 steps 🚶‍♀️Women: 1 mile = approximately 2400 steps STEP FORMULA: 2100 (steps per mile) x Speed (mph) x time (hrs) - If I walk at 1.0 mph for 1 hour…i simply add 2100 steps to my overall step count for the day. (2100 x 1mph x 1hr) - If i walk at 2.0 mph for 1 hour, i simply add 4200 steps to my overall step count for the day. (2100 x 2mph x 1hr) Make sense?? 3 - what kind of walking pad do i have? The model I have now is a FREEPI. I’m pretty sure it is from the same manufacturer as my first walking pad - SPERAX. I got it on Amazon because the price was low and it was highly rated. 340 pound weight limit 🙌 4 - Can you concentrate and work while walking? I used to think that I had to walk fast, but then i would stop to think…and wouldn’t get back on. The slower I go, the longer I stay on and the more steps I do!!
