How I went from Fs and Ds to As and Bs... Dear Struggling Student... If your grades are bad right now— I'm not judging you. I used to struggle too. I had a 0.6 G.P.A as a freshman in high school before I dropped out. My best friend was killed, and I had all kinds of personal problems... But... I returned to school the following year, and went from Fs and Ds to As and Bs. So, when I saw this video of Arvell Reese — top 5 pick in the NFL Draft. He went from a 0.4 GPA in high school to a 3.7 in college. But how? He said, "time and effort." I don't know if he just didn't feel like getting specific, but, for me, it took a lot more than just time and effort. For me, it was these habits.
