@FlyFrontier left me stranded in Cancún on 7/22/25—even though I’m a dual U.S./Mexican citizen with the proper docs. I made it to the gate, plane door was OPEN, my husband was onboard. @FlyFrontier is an absolute disgrace. Canceling flights or delaying them for 8 hours without notice and blaming it on “operational reasons” is straight-up negligence. And a $10 voucher? That’s beyond insulting it’s a slap in the face. #FrontierFail #TravelNightmare

Booked IAD → SFO on @FlyFrontier a month ago. Today, Frontier delays the 1st leg by 1.5 hrs (not my fault), making us miss our connection. They refuse to rebook on another airline, offering vague refunds & a useless voucher. Absolute disaster. #FrontierFail
