Wow this work is so great. This link goes in depth on the form renewal, and shows what the forms looked like before. I find it really interesting that paper forms got more focus than online, and they did a great job measuring the impact civilla.org/work/project-ren…

- Useful links - as opposed to all the useless links on the page?
