DABOLIM AIRPORT GETS ₹200 CR UPGRADE PARKING EXPANSION PLANNED
Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho said Dabolim Airport remains the most preferred airport for Goans due to its central location and convenience.
He highlighted that nearly ₹200 crore has been invested in airport upgrades to enhance passenger services, while plans are also underway to expand parking facilities on land opposite the airport. The remarks were made during Yatri Diwas celebrations attended by Airport Director Lt. Akash Deep.

As per Official data,Goa's percentage of Konkani mother tongue is 66%&it is declining,due to-migration of never returning Konkani speakers&some native Goans making/declaring English(or other language) as their mother tongue.This is alarming&may affect Konkani's future status 1/2
