I must admit we had some highs and some lows during this time, but I learned a ton and it's been a blast serving you. We built @GuestLabAI for ourselves and shipped it to the world so podcast hosts can take advantage of AI save a ton of time by speeding up research but we also see people using it in different cases. Here are some that stand out: 👥 Community builders use GuestLab to generate intros of new members joining their community. 🤝 VCs use GuestLab to research potential portfolio founders before hopping on a call with them. 👔 Founders use GuestLab to know future hires and gather insights before interviewing them. It almost surprises me every time someone on Twitter shows us how they use GuestLab. I guess that's the beauty of building a product!

🚨 Calling all podcasters 🎙️ Excited to share what we are building next at @GuestLabAI 🚀 We found an API(Podscan s/o to @arvidkahl) that will open up gates to explore 3.4M episodes(yes, you read that right), and we are planning to integrate directly into the GuestLab! When you search for a guest name/topic/question - we will do two things: 1. Generate episode summaries featuring the guest/topic you searched for. 2. A chatbot where you can chat with episode transcripts to get more insights. As exciting as it feels to build this, with OpenAI Podscan API costs, it gets pretty expensive fast - founders you know this 😫 So today, we are taking pre-orders to ship this feature. The plan will be $99 and include one year's access, and we have limited spots left. Why we are building GuestLab: As a podcaster who shipped more than 100 episodes over 3 shows, I spend hours and hours doing guest research(it's exhausting sometimes 😓). After going through this every week, I thought about building a simple AI-powered solution that could save a lot of time. That's how GuestLab is born 💡

What's new from @GuestLabAI: Week 5 We shipped two cool updates today: 1⃣ Introducing Insights. Now, along with intro, topics, and questions, GuestLab will generate insights about their guests 💡 Thanks to @nbaschez's feedback, we identified that insights come in handy during the podcast episode. 2⃣ Intros got a lot better Shoutout to @mubashariqbal and his prompt engineering skills, intros sound like human and not like a bot.
