While we're waiting for the judges to come back with our #HackRemote winners, what-the-hack.co would like to thank everyine who showed up, worked hard and didn't quit. Every hackathon we do has a serious purpose behind it and we've shown this to be true with remote work.
What. A. Day! While the #HackRemote participants were hard at work developing their products I was helping to put the final touches on boomasterclass.com

“You have to go out and talk. Get an honest opinion. Most startups fail because they didn’t validate their proposition don’t fit a market need. Not because they did something wrong.”
Excellent point by Jake Phillips of @dogpatchlabs at #HackRemote for @DCU students to consider

Day two of the #HackRemote virtual hackathon, and we're surprised by how we see the same energy that we would see in an in-person event. It's fast, and furious. Again, totally blown away by the level of energy and innovation we are seeing here.
With the whole country under #lockdown, #business continues at a healthy pace. Today it's day two of #HackRemote , a virtual hackathon that puts teams against each other to solve issues around working remotely. We're thrilled to have every single one of them working hard!

It's day two of #HackRemote and the teams are getting ready to finish their product, and present their app and pitch.
We've already seen tremendous effort and skill, so it will be interesting to see what the teams finally produce!
