Hackneyโs beloved MOTH Club, a cornerstone of Londonโs grassroots music scene since 1972, is under threat. Two planning proposals for multi-story flats on Morning Lane could spell disaster for this iconic venue.
These developments:

โ Sidestep social housing obligations by splitting into two proposals.
