This print recreates the Kente cloth, perhaps the best-know African textile and also the national dress of Ghana. This garment was made for Oleander Agbetu, who lives in Hackney and has roots in St. Lucia, as a 'welcome home' when visiting Ghana. @hackneysgotstyle exhibition
