ChronoGPS goes beyond a simple time correction tool by strictly implementing RFC 5905 (NTPv4) internally, achieving a level of precision that sets it apart from existing sync tools. ■ Why does "RFC 5905" matter? Many lightweight time sync tools use "SNTP (Simple NTP)", which simply overwrites the PC clock with the time received from a server. However, internet communication always involves "path jitter" and "round-trip delay", which can introduce errors ranging from a few milliseconds to several hundred milliseconds.
