Every so often I go back and look at some of the photos I kept of my contortion and handbalancing days.
I wish I would have kept more. I wish I would have realized how much of a gift
I had then. I was so hard on myself. Still am.
Handbalancing in nature is an elite way to challenge body-mind because it activates a heavy level of focus and flow state
This catapults me into the present moment more than almost any other practice
Finding spots that balance both challenge and risk is key here
Refining Alignment is one of the reasons I still do handbalancing.
It is a great place to explore equilibrium, the emotional state and overall body structure.
Whatcha gonna do with all this movement???
I completely forgot that I have yet to actually post this awesome set from @cliffandroad!!!
What do ya think of the 🖤and 💛???
And what should I do for a shoot in this??? 🤔
I'm thinking maybe yoga, handbalancing,... workouts,... anything I'm missing??? 😅
My morning routine:
- Rise naturally at 5-6am
- Light in eyes
- Hydrate w/mineral water lemon
- Bowel movement (essential)
- Handbalancing lymphatic rebounding
- Breathwork meditation
- Hot-cold shower
- Raw milk smoothie
- Work
So powerful words cannot describe.
Learning handbalancing unlocks a new realm of potential
Practice on flat surfaces until you own the movement
then evolve to challenging chaotic surfaces in nature
Finished building another 6 Week Practice Plan for one of my Online Students.
It is his sixth round already.
This time we start with some new projects including the handstand.
He is a total beginner in handbalancing, so we will build the right amount of tension and mobility first.
After that we gradually will go away from the supporting drills until the biotensegrity principles kick in.
Always a pleasure to walk together with my students!

2021 to 2025. It’s been an incredibly long, frustrating journey. But I feel like I have finally gotten to my first goal, at least with holding handstands.
