The score isn’t that bad for a health inspection but they took multiple hits in not properly trained records of food and safety handling (food handler training). The also got multiple hits on misusing hand sinks for other purposes.

Cease misusing and blocking the handsink, and keep it accessible for convenient handwashing by employees working with clean, sanitized utensils in this area.
