L’événement s’est tenu dans la Salle Guglielmo Marconi de Radio Vatican, sous le patronage du Dicastère pour la Communication du Saint-Siège. ALLATRA TV Italie en était le partenaire médiatique officiel. La Bénédiction Apostolique du Pape François, qui accompagne les activités de Biagio Maimone et souligne le rôle fondamental du mot en tant que vecteur de paix, a constitué une inspiration majeure pour cette rencontre. Biagio Maimone, journaliste, écrivain et Directeur de la Communication de l’Hôpital Bambino Gesù du Caire, a présenté son approche de la communication, fondée sur la doctrine sociale de l’Église et le concept d’« Église du Dialogue ».
