Yeah, I view his relentless bullshittery in a more sinister light. It is not (imo) because he does not understand that hypeloop can't work or that cold gas thrusters are not a viable form for propulsion. It is just he gets his money for peddling such fantasies.

As a rule of thumb, I stay away from people who advocate on college events (tech or cultural or sports) in their post college life. Be it hypeloop or mars rover or someone twerking you dont get a say.
