Tiny Eval It tests LLMs with arbitrary github repos PRs with a simple agent having access to simple tools like read, write, bash etc. To rank LLMs based on their capability to make change using PR info and comparing against human made changes. The agent it uses (TinyAgent) is initial implementation of Mario's Pi agent. You can also run eval using a simple CLI ``` bun run tval run-eval --repo lodash/lodash --eval-llms deepseek/deepseek-v4-pro,deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash --pr-summary-llm deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash --eval-judge-llm deepseek/deepseek-v4-pro --limit 3 --concurrency 8 --retries 3 ```

This is not the first time. Jeddah produced a framework agreement in 2023. Burhan's side signed. Implementation: zero. The AU high-level panel produced recommendations. Burhan's side engaged selectively. Outcomes: zero.

I think its already in the bylaws, but implementation is the problem... kickbacks, under-dealings, small favors, kitu kidogo, friendships...all prevent the laws from seeing the light of day.
"The era of frameworks alone is over. Nigeria is now focused on implementation, delivery, and measurable outcomes. Through the Nigeria Carbon Market Activation Plan, we are building the systems needed to unlock climate finance, attract investment, create green jobs, and position Nigeria as a leader in Africa's emerging carbon economy. Discussions at SB64 are helping to shape the international rules and partnerships that will support this transition and accelerate climate action at home." @Climategovng #NigeriaatBONN #SB64

Accessibility is often approached as an ongoing development task, but alternative implementation models are emerging. This article explores the idea of runtime accessibility and how it differs from traditional workflows:

What Tinubu is implementing today has been tried before. IBB tried the implementation of SAP. And after 4 years, it failed woefully. Bola Tinubu is implementing SAP 2.0 & it will end in tears. SAP is a program of the IMF. Listen to this & retweet for others. Know your history.
JUST IN: 🇳🇬 IMF has told the Nigerian government to impose fuel and telecom taxes on Nigerians, to increase government revenue. Nigeria is currently the number 1 country with the lowest quality of life.

India’s ethanol roadmap is being built on strong fundamentals policy clarity, fiscal support, and phased implementation—ensuring that the shift towards sustainable fuels is both stable and scalable.
Supporting India's Ethanol Blended Petrol (EBP) Programme. In continuation of the excise duty exemption already available on ethanol-blended petrol up to E20, the same exemption has now been extended to higher ethanol-blended petrol variants E22,E25,E27 and E30. The measure follows the issuance of BIS standards for higher ethanol blends and is intended to avoid double levy of excise duty on ethanol-blended petrol. India's EBP Programme has achieved 20% ethanol blending in ESY 2025-26, up from 1.53% in ESY 2014-15. Since its inception, the programme has contributed to foreign exchange savings of over ₹1.91 lakh crore, crude oil substitution of about 310 lakh metric tonnes, net CO₂ reduction of approximately 931 lakh metric tonnes, and payments of ₹1.62 lakh crore to farmers. This notification is a preliminary prerequisite for higher ethanol blends and does not imply their rollout, which will be undertaken only after extensive testing and consultation. #EthanolBlending #Biofuels #EnergySecurity #MoPNG @HardeepSPuri @TheSureshGopi @FinMinIndia @IndianOilcl @BPCLimited @HPCL

The success of COP31 will not be measured by the number of speeches or pledges made, but by the extent to which commitments are translated into action. For vulnerable regions such as Africa, adaptation finance, climate justice, and a truly just transition are not negotiating points; they are development and survival imperatives. The time for ambitious declarations has passed; the time for implementation, accountability, and delivery is now.

Notable development with multiple parties involved. At this stage, the key focus will be on official confirmation and how implementation details are communicated once the agreement is finalized.

@EugeneLWamalwa you have a missed call from Mohammed Warsama WAMALWA, LET'S TALK ABOUT KAKAMEGA GOLD SUN JUN 14 2026 EUGENE WAMALWA is a shameless liar. He lied about Coast water supply during a Mombasa visit last April. He lied again about water projects in Western yesterday. But before we dwell on water, it is the main thing to discuss when the subject is Wamalwa, I want to set the record straight on Kakamega gold. He claimed that the Kakamega gold project has stalled under Ruto. He and his godfather Rigathi accused Ruto of having a cartel to steal the gold and deprive the local people of the benefits of their mineral wealth. It's bullcrap. Online records show that not only the Kakamega gold refinery but other projects in the region mentioned by Wamalwa, are on track. First things first. Kakamega gold was first discovered in 1930 by the late archaeologist Dr Louis Leakey and his wife at the site that became Ikolomani, Luhya corruption of gold mine. That gold was not commercially mined for 72 years of colonial rule and Jomo Kenyatta and Daniel arap Moi presidencies. Kibaki invited international investors to exploit the multi-billion deposits in the Lirhanda Corridor. A company called Aviva Mining from Canada was given the contract. The company exported its first gold shipment in 2012 and after that it came to a stop. Isn't it odd that Tullow exported one oil shipment from its Turkana site before it stopped ? Last week after 14 years oil exports from Turkana started again ! Exit Kibaki, enter Uhuru. Uhuru transitioned asset rights to Shanta Gold from Aviva Mining . That was in 2020. Shanta, a British company, began to aggressively accelerate drilling in the Isulu and Bushianga fields. Uhuru lowered the royalty fees from 5% to 3%. In 2021, Uhuru was due to commission the Kakamega gold refinery in Ikolomani but he never did. Wamalwa, you were in his Cabinet then. Why didn't Uhuru commission the gold refinery ? Exit Uhuru, enter Ruto. Ruto carried on with the Kibaki and Uhuru policies. He had the gold officially verified at 1.27 million ounces valued at US $5 billion or Sh 680 billion. Gachagua who is an exagerrator of facts claimed it was worth Sh 6 trillion ! The current situation in 2026: Shanta is currently in the pre-development phase focusing on project financing on finalising a Resettlement Action Plan ( RAP) for local residents. The project overcame most regulatory hurdles including the approval of Sh 680 billion extraction plans by Kakamega County Assembly. Shanta is separate from the government- backed Kakamega Gold Refinery with Government and Chinese firm partnership at Sh. 5.8 billion. Local NGOs and residents protested about their community land but in the end this was resolved. Multiparty political rivalries in Western have stalled the implementation of projects beneficial to local people in the past. MOHAMED WARSAMA
