Day 2 at #Sirohi reflected meaningful engagement between young minds and Indian language technology. At Vision Rajasthan 2026, #BHASHINI engaged school students through its voice based and multilingual AI applications, enabling them to experience technology in their own languages. The curiosity, questions, and active participation of students highlighted the growing relevance of Indian language AI in advancing inclusive digital access, in alignment with the objectives of the Aspirational Districts Programme. A significant milestone in advancing language inclusive digital governance was achieved at the Chintan Shivir in Bhubaneswar, where Digital India BHASHINI Division joined hands with the National Health Authority (NHA) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. With BHASHINI at the core of this collaboration, India’s national language AI platform comes together with a key public health institution to enable multilingual translation services and AI powered language support across National Health Authority platforms. The initiative is aimed at making digital health services more accessible, intuitive, and inclusive, empowering citizens to engage with health systems in their preferred Indian languages.
