What about @instant_db ? I saw that beto from expo praised it and I've been looking into it. Seems like it has some of the benefits from supabase but actually a good product. I'd be using hono on Cloudflare Workers that ecosystem combined with instantdb as a final stack

This is *the* db for agents. One of my favorite examples is asking an agent - completely new to @instantdb - to build a a coop game with auth, permissions, multiplayer presence, & real time sharing. Then I watch as it discovers the elegance *in real time*, where the design guides the agent to the right implementation. Beautiful!

In that case I really really recommend InstantDB - I use it both for storing user data and auth since they also offer auth!

Honestly, I would suggest using/migrating to InstantDB if you purely need a database - I have 4K users as well and I only used 10% of the quota!

For anyone interested, this was my (single!) prompt: "I need to understand where players drop off, on which level most players are etc so we can improve the retention. Add a new page to our admin-web/ app with a chart that shows level distribution of all InstantDB players. Also include more stats that could be helpful to visualise or understand retention, like at which level players were last online, or how many players were last online on a day. Plan this feature first with focus on improving retention and visualising numbers so we can make meaningufl changes based on the data"
