Aku pernah komen begini di postingan fans intren, tapi diserang sama sebelah wkwkwk ..
Dari Guangzhou itu butuh waktu 3 jam ke BKK, aku pernah lewat Guangzhou pas mau ke BKK karena emang saat itu liburan disana , kalau dari Shanghai atau Beijing butuh waktu 4-5 jam ..
Sistem staf nya aku gak ngerti gih mana cara ngaturnya ngajak artisnya muter-muter kah .
Apa staff nya belum pernah ke BKK 🤣🤣

→本当にその通りだと多々思う
1つの交渉において、いかに相手が心から喜ぶかを考えてている人間がギバー、逆に、この交渉で自分は得するか／損しないかを考えているのがテイカー
勿論後者の思考は絶対的に必要で大事なんだけど、前者の思考が根底にある人じゃ無いと経営者はおろか、会社員としても大成しない。(逆に自分の利益しか考えてない相手と交渉したい？って話)
Selection Intrenに申し込む学生は基本上昇志向や成功に対する意欲が高い。
それはすごく良いことで、じゃあ具体的にどうやって(＝how)成功するかの手段として相手をいかに喜ばせられるかという思考を持ち合わせて行動してみると良い。

面接とか商談で「あ、こいつは化けるわ」って一瞬で確信する人って、スキルの高さじゃなくて「GIVEの偏差値」が異常に高いんよな。
・雑談で出た話題のリンクを、帰りのエレベーターで送ってくる
・こちらの事業課題を、勝手に調べて仮説を持ってくる
・「勉強させてください」じゃなく「雑用やらせてください」と言う
結局、ビジネスって「相手を喜ばせた回数」の勝負だから、こういう人たらしが最強の武器になる
