The Michigan St. African American Heritage Corridor preserves critical parts of Buffalo's history. A $100K federal grant will allow institutions like the Michigan St. Baptist Church, the Nash House Museum, the Colored Musicians Club, & WUFO 1080 AM to expand exhibits & programs.

We had some great stops in Lawrence County over the last few days! I enjoyed visiting the historic Warner Cascade Museum for its grand opening. I also met with some incredible children at the Lawrence County Community Action Partnership and Head Start program.
