I sent three email replies to the charging department (charging@octopus.energy) about getting an EV charger installed via Ford, with no response. In desperation, I wrote to the accounts department (hello@octopus.energy) for help in getting a reply, but still no response. I then wrote to your complaints department (issueresolution@octopus.energy), surprise, still no response, not even an acknowledgement. Then my sister, who is also a customer, wrote to her contact at Octopus to try and get a reply for me. Now she isn't getting replies either.
Yesterday I replied to an advertising email (hello@octopus.energy) and asked for help again. You guessed it, no response.
There is no mail in my spam folder.
If I don't get a response within 24hrs I will make a formal complaint to Ford Motor Company about your lack of action.
