Not sure about the other one but it’s probably classified anyway. He mentioned it was co-sign by all three organizations so maybe that will help if you name all of them. I would use JFSCC instead of SpaceCom. It seems that’s where the organizational functions were before 12/2019.

Check DoD IG or ICIG in 2022 for “unclassified documents referencing space domain awareness (SDA)” You can also try NRO, USSTRATCOM, or USSPACECOM for “2018 policy changes or memos regarding Space Domain Awareness relating to NRO, USSTRATCOM, and JFSCC.” Cc:@UnstblResearch

The inaugural Canadian Space Launch Conference is coming up fast at the @avspacemuseum in Ottawa, this April 29th! With 20 speakers spanning government, industry, academia, and not-for-profit, 10 exhibits, and over a dozen sessions touching on the incredible potential for Canadian sovereign launch, the first CSLC is shaping up to be a historic one! This year’s theme is “Building Canada into a Spacefaring Nation” 🇨🇦 Canada's sovereignty in space has never been more critical to the nation's security, economy, environment, and growth. With 20 and all G7 nations far ahead of Canada with launch, the time to act and build key industrial capabilities in Canada is now. The CSLC is designed to be a catalyst for this national imperative by creating a dedicated environment for key stakeholders involved in the space launch effort to meet, collaborate, and plan for the future of access to space from Canadian soil. With early bird rates ending on February 28th and the conference already 80% sold out, don't miss your chance to attend or sponsor the conference! All profits will be matched by NordSpace and donated to student rocketry efforts across Canada. Visit spacelaunch.ca for more information. Things to look forward to at the CSLC: 🚀 Opening Keynote - Brig. General Christopher Horner, Commander of the 3 Canadian Space Division (3 CSD) and Joint Force Space Component Commander (JFSCC) at @CanadianForces 🚀 Closing Keynote - Brian Gallant, CEO of @spacecanada 🚀 Session on Canada's Commercial Space Launch Requirements - Kerri Henry, @Transport_gc 🚀 Panels and Sessions featuring speakers from @csa_asc, @One9___, @NationalDefence, @NASA, @Launch_Canada, Polaris Aerospace and more 🚀 Lightning Talks featuring Andrew Ronan, Neil Woodcock, Doug Milburn, and more A special thank you to our sponsors: @Deloitte, @ProtocaseInc, @Glenair_Inc , NordSpace 🚀 🇨🇦 #LaunchTheNorth

Let's explore the CANSpOC a bit more. The 🇨🇦SpOC is Operational arm of the JFSCC & is responsible for the detection & reporting of all space-based activities that could be of interest to @CanadianForces. This could include SATCOM, Space Weather, launch reports, PNT and more 10/

‘And if the answer is that it (how a CCMD requests more space support) doesn’t matter because everyone is dual-hatted…then why do both organizations (CCMD space component & JFSCC) exist in the first place?’ Space is hard…it’s even harder when everyone thinks they ‘own’ it
EXCLUSIVE: Space Command head Gen. James Dickinson has signed off on the creation of a new operational component command as part of an effort to streamline his current convoluted subordinate command chain, Breaking Defense has learned. breakingdefense.com/2021/11/… (by @Genevaexpat)

You're right. It's an error in the video. It has been launched in 2019. We just received the confirmation by Major Chiles from the 14th Air Force and JFSCC Public Affair it was Chinese CZ3 rocket body .
