You're right. It's an error in the video. It has been launched in 2019. We just received the confirmation by Major Chiles from the 14th Air Force and JFSCC Public Affair it was Chinese CZ3 rocket body .

Could you share data about the number of pieces of debris & their age (present & dead) of the various ASAT tests conducted by the Americans over the past 6 decades? I am certain JFSCC and other alphabet soups have this data.
