Netcare $JSENTC jumped as much as 4.6% today thanks to the upgrade by JPMorgan to Overweight. Analyst believes the company is on track to get paid patients days and Ebitda back to pre-pandemic levels by FY2025.

JPMorgan released some updates on the SA Healthcare sector Netcare $JSENTC raised to Overweight with a target price of R16.50 (implied upside of 20% from last price) Life Healthcare $JSELHC cut to Neutral with a target price of R16.33 (implied downside of 9.5% from last price)

Netcare $JSENTC up as much as 4.6% on their results after reporting a solid increase in profits. - Revenue 23.70 billion rand, 9.5% y/y, estimate 23.77 billion rand - Operating profit 2.72 billion rand, 19% y/y - Net income 1.27 billion rand, 30% y/y

With the above in mind, the key message/point remains. There is substantial margin of safety in LHC when compared with peers (such as $JSENTC).

$JSENTC - One I’ve been trying to bottom pick but some decent volume under R13,00 for us interested. ABSA sec. Upgrade the certain catalyst for this one with a move to close around R13,45. Key is to trade with the chart pattern and momentum, price will do the rest!!
