Opdroid. I applied for a job at Google once. Yes they made me do the whole song and dance. In fact, after all the hoop jumping was over, they set me up for an interview (with Rob Pike, in fact) but I got a phone call, literally as I was walking out the door to drive down there, and was told not to come. They would not give me a reason. Three days later I got an email from them saying “we have no use for you anywhere in our engineering department." Also, no explanation. I didn’t much like being treated like that. I wasn’t even writing about Agile then. The most controversial thing I can think of was an column I did for JavaWorld about how getters and setters were a bad idea, but I guess that was enough to get somebody to blackball me.
