this week, the District Attorney for Payne Co., Oklahoma, Laura Austin Thomas REDUCED the charges against 18 year old, Jesse Butler, previously facing 80 years in prison for 10 charges of rape, charges on strangulation, attempted strangulation, VIOLENT sexual assault, forced violent oral sodomy, etc, reported by two teenage girls, both injured, hospitalized after the attacks— to become a ‘Youthful Offender’ in a REHABILITATION PROGRAM & an “aggressive scheduled sex offender treatment” with ZERO prison time, and NOT required to have his name on his local Sex Offender Registry.
He WILL reoffend.
WHAT HAPPENED TO MARCY’s LAW?

This is Judge Susan C. Worthington. Susan is the judge who gave convicted rapist Jesse Butler probation instead of the 78 years he was eligible for.
Jesse is the teenager who violently raped and nearly killed two girls, recording the assaults on his phone. His dad was a coach for the state university football team. Hmm….

Here is is our hero, Jesse Butler, walking into court to get his slap on the wrist after raping 2 girls and almost strangling 1 to death.
"The justice system here in Stillwater has allowed a violent sex offender to walk free. Not only is he currently free and loose on the streets. He's a virtual student at Stillwater Public Schools as a senior and after he finishes having the slap on the wrist, he doesn't even have to register as a sex offender"
It is a matter of time before Jesse re-offends and we can thank the prosecutor and the judge.
