Expo UI just went stable in SDK 56.
Jetpack Compose on Android. SwiftUI on iOS. One codebase.
No more .android.tsx and .ios.tsx split files.
No more third-party bottom sheet, slider, or datetime picker deps.
No more fighting the JS bridge for native animations.
useNativeState now drives Compose MutableState and SwiftUI ObservableObject directly from JavaScript.
This took 3 SDK cycles. It is ready for production.
I shipped AiXpense on this stack. Genuinely native feel, zero native team.
