I tried to keep an open mind about having identical twins do a jobshare but it seems like that was a mistake and they have to go back to having it be just one person

We did not receive equal pay for the same job as men. A man had to sign for us to get credit or open a bank account. There was no free childcare or jobshare. If you reduced hours to care for children you were demoted. We started work info after school and full time at 16.

But it isn't a 'jobshare' is it? Reece is officially the captain so showing another player wearing the armband whilst also showing our actual captain in the background without it is nonsensical to me.
Performance on the pitch or trophies won are totally irrelevant.

I don't want to get too ahead of myself but...
Maybe (just maybe) these players aren't as useless as is sometimes claimed.
And maybe Michael O'Neill in a jobshare wasn't the white flag, the-end-is-nigh relegation sealer that a vocal minority were claiming last night.

Nor do they, in my experience, select anyone over 50. I was super-lucky to be allowed to jobshare for a year in 2008/9 when I was 47/48, and then, when I was immobile for a month, to have #2 job fix up remote working.
