My humble opinion about #JulyEffect is that regardless of the day, month or year the hospital IS and ALWAYS WILL be a SAFE place to go for patients and people in need. PERIOD.

With all of this talk about the July effect, it's worth looking at the literature regarding the July phenomenon of new residents. There are some differences in outcomes, but fortunately most of the recent studies show no significant effect on pts! #MedTwitter #MedEd #JulyEffect
